Terms and Conditions

Definitions

The "COMPANY" refers to Loloz, Cornwall.

The "BUYER" refers to the purchaser of goods and services.

Summary

The company only accepts orders subject to the conditions of sale to the exclusion of any condition of the buyer.

Payment

Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to dispatch.

Prices

Prices of goods and services supplied as of this date are correct but subject to market fluctuation and revision. Any oversea's orders shall be charged to the buyer at current exchange rates. The company has no control or liability over these rates. Prices may change at any time and goods may be withdrawn from sale.

VAT

The company's price list includes UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate except on those goods that are zero rated or exempt from VAT charges (e.g. books). Oversea's customers do not pay UK sales tax (VAT) unless they reside in a European community, E. C. country. I.E. Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Eire, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Greece. EC businesses registered for vat are exempt from paying vat providing they can provide their vat registration number (with country code). Proof of identity will also be required.

Fitness for purpose

The company is in no way liable for the purpose and fitment of goods and services supplied to the buyer. The company has no control over the fitment, suitability and method of their application or use. The company excludes any condition or warranty implied by statue or otherwise as to the fitness of its goods or any other particular whatsoever.

Liability

The companys liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.

Returns

Should you wish to return an item for whatever reason purchasedover the internet, we are happy to offer a full refund or item exchange for items returned unworn and unwashed in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery, we will not refund the delivery cost you were charged at the time of originally paying for the item/s.

If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged, we will meet the cost of return and we will replace or exchange such goods or we will refund to you the price you paid for the goods plus the delivery charge. In all other circumstances, we will exchange the goods or refund you the amount which you paid for the goods, but we will not refund any costs to return the goods to us or the delivery charge. This policy is in addition to any statutory rights which you have as a consumer.

Please note we do not offer refunds for items purchased in a shop although we are happy to offer an exchange or a credit note.


Goods must be adequately sealed in the original packaging.

Please include details of the reason for the return, including full description of any faults or errors. This will ensure that you receive your refund or replacement goods promptly.

Please make sure that you have addressed the package clearly. Returns should be sent to:

You should obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package (the Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates).


Please note that, unless the Goods which you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.


To return the product(s) please email us and quote your order number and address and reason for returning the product.

When product(s) are returned to Company and checked over then refunds/replacements can proceed.

Postage & Packaging costs can not be refunded only the product cost.

Cancellations

Cancellations of orders MUST be done in first 24hrs of the purchase transaction in order for the cancellation to be accepted, any processed transactions after the 24hr period will be dispatched and unable to be cancelled.

Delivery Policy

When The Buyer completes the transaction of the order and that the credit card/cheque is cleared then the product(s) will be available for dispatch until this point the order will be pending.

If there is a problem with the purchase transaction then the buyer will be informed either by phone or email.

If the buyer has a problem with the transaction then please inform the company by phone or email and will be happy to assist.



We 'Company' aim to provide a 2-3 day delivery depending on avaliable stock.
We aim to send out all orders as quickly as possible and within 28 days.

If items are returned to us by the post office that have not been collected by the customer we will charge for resending them out, if a refund is requested when the customer does receive them all postage costs will be deducted before a refund is given.

Currency

We 'Company' only accept British sterling (£ Pound).


THIS CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
